I just wanted to take a moment to highlight the fantastic service I received at Boots recently. Kimberly was incredibly helpful ? she went above and beyond to assist me with finding exactly what I needed. She was knowledgeable, patient, and made the whole experience really enjoyable. It?s rare to come across such genuine customer care, and I truly appreciated it. Thank you, Kimberly, for your outstanding service!

The staff is very rude and rejects to help when asked for, especially the makeup session. They were engrossed in their own makeup rather than helping the cutomers. Boots have been a reputed store at other locations, but would never suggest the broadway one.....i would suggest people to visit superdrug.

I had an incredible experience with the no.7 staff, Areeba!! The instore satisfaction review seems to be broken so I thought I'd mention here. She was amazing, she picked the perfect shade of foundation for me and my friend. Her full consultation on my skin and the products that would benefit were amazing! True care, Boots give her your recognition.

I really disappointed with the staff . they are very rude and so much attitude. i like to go to forster square boots instead of broadway boots . They do discriminate and they never help specially makeup area staff . Discrimination shouldn?t be tolerated and i urge management to address this issue seriously.

Popped in yesterday for a few bits , what a great selection of things. I couldn?t see the till and I was approached by a lovely woman ( off the make up counter) She helped me pack my bag also ?very happy with the place ?

We had a terrible experience at this broadway store. The staff was incredibly unhelpful and made us feel uncomfortable in the perfume and makeup section. They clearly had no idea how to treat customers properly, the customer service was just awful. We left feeling disappointed and regretful that we even bothered going there. I was looking for a few items, but the behavior of the staff made me feel guilty for even being there. We won?t be coming back. There are plenty of other options to go.

Heena at the No 7 counter was incredibly helpful today, so I was able to buy products are are right for me, she is credit to Boots and deserves recognition for her product knowledge and her customer service.

Clueless staff. Passed from one staff member to the other over a make up query. As one couldn?t be bothered to serve customers and instead asked her colleague to do it despite being with another customer. I had to wait when other staff members were just wandering around idle. Even then the lady had no knowledge over foundation shades despite being assigned to makeup which is odd as she was completely clueless as to what my shade would be and wasn?t aware of undertones etc which is strange for someone on a makeup counter.
Quite unfriendly, unhelpful and way overly priced compared to their competitors.not best pleased given I don?t visit often. I wouldn?t like to visit again

Went in for UTI antibiotics this morning and was asked if they were for me and I said yes. I?m prone to getting UTIs as a trans man and I know what they feel like. I was refused medical treatment even after I said that I?m a trans man and that I?ve had the medication before. Not happy. It?s every time I go to this boots for uti meds or plan b they refuse to serve me even though I was born female.
Do I need to start carrying around a card that says I?m transgender or do they want to start doing pat downs on my junk to check? How do I work around this?
Boots in Forster square has given me much better care and seem to be better trained when it comes to trans healthcare.
