Had an unpleasent experience in boots broadway Bradford -with a member of the prescription team non pharmacy a sales team she refused to direct me to a product and refused to gyve me a bag after serving me-consequently a survivor with long blond hair was also b very badly behaved

The staff is very rude and rejects to help when asked for, especially the makeup session. They were engrossed in their own makeup rather than helping the cutomers. Boots have been a reputed store at other locations, but would never suggest the broadway one.....i would suggest people to visit superdrug.
