Partner ordered off a delivery app. Came with 1 item missing. Rung them to let them know and see if they could rectify the mistake, lady on the phone insulted our intelligence by asking 'are you sure you ordered from us', as she couldn't find our order
as if we'd go to such lengths! Said she'd look into it all call back, this was 2 hrs ago! Complained on app and got our money back. Won't use them again, simple. Plenty of other take aways in Bradford, with such fierce competition, they need to up their game.

Customer services are really worst they guy who served at till was one of the worst operator misbehave, even he didn't provide any sauce if i said for sauce he said u need to pay extra and said if u dont wanna eat u can leave it and go to any other shop ..
What a stupid guy...

Just ordered a 16? Turkish Delight which costs £17.50 collection. The pizza came with two tiny tubs of sauce which you get from a takeaway when you buy a 99p chicken and chips! The sauce tubs are filled between half and three quarters and would just about suffice for a two piece chicken and chips.
I asked for a couple of extra tubs and was told I would have to pay for them, 50p per tub. I told the chap behind the counter that this was poor service as I had just paid him £17.50 for a pizza, the sauces that they provide literally cost them a few pence per tub and even the cheap fast food takeaways give multiple tubs upon request with a burger or chicken and chips. The chap smirked and said I would have to pay extra if I wanted sauces. If this is how Bigfellas treat their customers, it?s the last time I?ll be ordering from them.
Asides from the piss poor customer service, the pizza was OK, the ingredients taste fresh, the base is of a reasonable quality although similar to most Asian pizza takeaways. The sauce on the Turkish Delight is very strong, it?s tangy and overpowering, that?s pretty much all you taste.
All in all it?s not worth the money and I won?t be returning.

I bought a half-and-half pizza featuring Turkish Delight on one side and an Asian style on the other. The sauce on the Turkish delight is always immaculate, enhancing the overall flavor profile and tying the donner together nicely. The pizza was also piping hot when I picked it up adding to the experience. This place is always collection for me which is what I would also recommend to others rather than delivery. Eating right out of the box when it?s piping hot hits differently!
The Turkish Delight side was well-balanced and flavorful, while the Asian style could have used a few more toppings to really bring out its potential. However, the pizza was cooked to perfection, with a crust that was just right?not too thin or thick, providing a nice balance. The garlic mayo and chilli sauce given also enhanced the pizza taste, not like others who water down their sauces!
I also have to commend the service I received from the lady in the call center who took my order; she was friendly and knowledgeable which added an extra touch.Overall, a delicious and well made pizza that I would definitely recommend!

Never go there again ordered food collected it they put all the sauces in a bag with the fires and rest of food all sauces open food all messed up didn?t even offer any refund nor food kids not eaten basically waisted money now I need to belt the car due to the mess big fellas food which pleas packed for animals

My wife told me to try this place drove 20 miles told the guy first time trying order pizza and donner meat , asked if u had put some salad on it and he just laughed and said we don't do it. As a new customer he could have been a bit more professional and asked if u would like some onions on it or something but no , if u are selling kebab meat atleast get some salad some customers like it but after the bad service I would never return
