The kitchen design team at this branch really can't do enough for you. Fatima, Mohammed and Paulina have helped us numerous times throughout our kitchen design that we've had to change due to layout changes in our building works and they have been incredibly helpful. Look at this branch before considering another kitchen company can't argue with the price or quality of the kitchen we have.

Even if it?s a small diy job, I?d recommend to go to Toolstation or Travis Perkins instead - it?s cheaper and they have more choice. Some of the plastering equipment (the B&Q brand) had its handle broken after a couple of days and it was rusty after just one use as well. I then bought a similar item in Toolstation for half the price and am using it since. I also had a trade card but the prices aren?t better than most markets when you have a discount. The only thing I buy in B&Q are paints, plants and cheap compost but even this works out expensive.

Horrible customer service! Workers don?t have a clue about items, staff are unbelievably rude and refused my sale. so embarrassing to be spoken to like that. Overall, disgusting behaviour from the b and q staff. DO NOT SHOP HERE!!!!

Went in for some paint on 3 for 2 offer but couldn't find the one I wanted even though it said 4 tins available on line. Asked one of the colleagues who quickly located it for me as it was hidden in a storage cupboard. Really great customer service.

Me and my mum had a really productive visit to B&Q Thornbury today. A lovely blonde lady helped us in-store ? she was fantastic! No question was too silly, and she made sure we found everything we needed. I?m just gutted I didn?t catch her name because she was so knowledgeable and helpful. Gazzall was also brilliant, helping us carry all our purchases to the car. Thank you both for making our shopping experience so easy and positive!

Popped in to grab some wood that needed to be cut- I thought I knew exactly what I needed (I definitely did NOT) but David couldn?t have been more helpful!
