I asked the salesman what off-white tiles in matt he had, I pointed at one or two I might be interested in. He just answered that he doesn't have the tiles I was looking for. I said I wanted to look around to see what was in stock but he just repeated that he didn't have the product I wanted in stock, told me not to touch anything and asked me to leave. Also, the store smells awful.
