disgusting place to work for wish there was a 0 star rating i worked here for for a litle under a year and i?ve never met such selfish and bad management . I left on my own decision and they decided to lie as defamation to my character i read reviews before i joined and thought maybe it?s just a one off but i was wrong . If you?re thinking about joining dont for your own well-being even if it?s to just make some money there are many care companies out there assisted lives are not the ones to go to . The staff everyone is as horrible as they look they have no manners and don?t know anything about providing care or the correct training save yourselves from this nightmare of a place they call a care company

Lovely place to work, very professional and fantastic work carried out for each service user to meet their needs affectively. I throughly enjoyed my time at Assisted lives and will be thankful for the skills and knowledge gained.

TRAINING 10/10 -TABRIZ-
I have been working for assisted lives from past 9 months and they have managed me really well and I would specially mentioned irfan as he is my
co-ordinator .. in the beginning deffo we all have to learn before getting more work and once you are qualified and regular with your service users you get to work more.
There always be some drawbacks which people won?t like but making everyone happy within the organisation is impossible.
As we all know it?s a personal care and social inclusion work so there is always an emergency needs that office have to meet so for that they always try to get people.
STARS don?t just make anyone look good or bad but I personally started without knowing anything and I have developed this skill to look after people/service users.
Deffo we won?t be happy with 100% people in the company or management but it is same as any other company isn?t it.
Just a little more responsibility from support workers and from office management staff will take this company far..
ALL THE SUPPOrt workers I worked with are good friendly and caring personalities.

Absolutely amazing and friendly carers, always get everything done efficiently and management is super supportive and a blessing.
Best care company there is without a doubt who have never let me or my family down.

I am livid at how a company who should be empathetic and loving can be so unprofessional! I would highly recommend using another company if you care for your loved ones.

Wouldn?t recommend this company at all. Unfortunately the lack of care is upsetting and I?m livid how they treated my family member.

I would give this lot a zero star if it was an option
They took over care for my mum in March. Within a month of saiqa and another girl coming my mum started complaining about a pain in her arm, which they did not bother notifying her doctor about. In 10 years of caring for my mum, between myself and my dad, my mum never complained about pain for a prolonged period if time. When I raised it with Naveed he claims it was a 'phantom pain'. Naveed I would love to see your medical degree that qualified you to make that call considering my mums doctor didn't think it was a phantom pain
When mums pain started suddenly the carers didn't want anyone present in the room and made some ludicrous allegations, including accusing me of writing notes about them when I was preparing for a job interview whilst babysitting their staff because they couldn't be trusted. I was even told by irfan that I should instruct the carers on how to give my mum a wash, implies they don't train their staff properly. They certainly didn't know how to use the moving and handling equipment and never once completed all the tasks on mu mums care plan. I had to ask for a copy of the care plan when i suspected they were doing a sub par job
There were often times when the carers were in an out of the house in less than 15 minutes (they were paid for 45 mins) and when I checked my mum, she hadn't been washed to a reasonable standard (bearing in mind I wasn't allowed in the room because if I was, the carers were given permission by managers to leave). Any reasonable person at this stage would be questioning why the carers wanted to be alone with my mum
These jokers can't even follow their own complaints procedure. I raised a complaint and the first response I got was they were withdrawing mums care. Their escalation procedure in writing shows if my complaint was about the manager, the complaint would get escalated to Tariq. I've never had any contact from tariq. Not only that I had to repeatedly chase up a complaint acknowledgement and final response. What I have found is naveed is very reluctant to put anything in writing, possibly because if it's not in writing, there's no evidence it happened. Some of his emails were so unprofessional, it's a wonder they actually trust him to respond to complaints.
I also raised a GDPR request, I encourage everyone to do so with this company because its a prerequisite that you have to be a mytholomaniac to get a job at assisted lives. They don't even know their own call retention period and they have breached my GDPR rights as I asked for data that relates to me as well as my mum which they repeatedly failed to provide. I was promised a transcript of a call from tasawar who was the last person I spoke with because he couldn't give me a clear answer on call retention periods. Trust me when I say if you ever need to speak to them, record the calls on your end because they will lie through their teeth. (I have all the evidence to prove my assertions but I doubt they do)
They also don't protect the data of their staff. As someone experienced with dealing with ICO, i can categorically say they provided me with details about their staff that I didn't have a right to under GDPR
I've spoken with irfan, naveed and tasawar on the phone and they're all patronising bullies. If you want the best care for your loved one, I would avoid these lot like the plague.
Also has anyone else noticed half their reviews come from their staff, and that too 5 star reviews when your employer can't even be bothered to protect your information. It's laughable

assisted lives took great care of my grandmother ensuring all needs were met on every call. Office staff would always accommodate time changes, great management team but the support staff really make assisted lives, going above and beyond for our loved ones

I worked with this company , they treat you fairly and are a very good company to work with . It was pleasure to work with them , if anybody wants to go into this industry assisted lives is the way to go. Tariq the boss is very laid back and understanding to his staff and so are all the other workers.
