Asda online grocery shopping is just appalling this is the third week in a row we have had baskets of food missing from our delivery and trying get it resolved by customer services is a joke. They just refund ( well refund most ofcthe missing items) and leave you without your shopping. If you are looking forr online grocery shopping, I recommend you go to one of the others.

Woman with dark hair pink streak in her hair was very disrespectful and nasty toward me I shop in asda all the time and have never been treated like I have tonight Iv never been belittled and felt so uncomfortable been spoken to out of turn well customers wer there the woman was rude and nasty and shouldent be serving customer with an attitude and disrespect like i have been treated tonight !!!!!!!

Just had to leave the store due to the rudest, laziest member of staff I have ever had the misfortune to be 'served' by. Not sure what's happened to the usual team in Asda who are super helpful.

Tried to return a package- had multiple members of staff ignore me, speak to each other about me, mumble instead of looking at me as there was some sort of issue with their scammer. After flagging down another member of staff there was no apology or acknowledgment of keeping me waiting.

Absolutely shocking. I'm recovering from a heart procedure and cannot drive for the time being. No point using Asda's online shopping as I can never get a same day delivery slot. So, I decided to use Uber Eats.
Are your in store shoppers blind, illiterate or completely useless? How anyone could get an order so catastrophically wrong is beyond me. I paid £40, and more than £15 worth of items I ordered are missing, specifically meal items for myself and my autistic son! Not to mention, who on earth packs bread items at the bottom of the bag under 1.5Ltr bottles of water?? Apparently, your in store shoppers do! How many times do I have to get squashed bread and bread rolls? Utterly incompetent. You've left my son and I with nothing for our tea. Deplorable.
It's impossible to contact anyone at the store, meaning customer service, to make a formal complaint. Uber should ditch the Greengates Store.
I'm on disability and cannot afford to be charged £40 for what is essentially a £25 order! And this is the second day in a row this has happened! Someone should be sacked for this!

I really thought Asda was a great store, recently they have done nothing but overcharge me, fail to complete online orders and have now illegally charged my debit card for a transaction I did not make.I utilised click and collect, but when I arrived at the store, nobody brought out my shopping forcing me to go into the store. It took me an hour and 15 mins to collect my shopping. Now I have been charged £10.90 for parking.When I approached the Manager of the store I was told that there was no way the store would Have charged me, but when I followed up with my bank they informed me it was Asda that charged me.I called the manager and once again. Informed him, but he said I had to come back in to the store or there was nothing he could do about it.I'm currently disabled and that's why I use click and collect. But no more. I will NEVER shop in Asda again
