Poor management of disabled and parent&child bays outside. Not friendly for those who require these spaces, shoppers feel entitled to do whatever they want. Poor experience

Opening hours are always incorect. Travelled down to do emergency shopping on a night after midnight on afew occasions and found it closed, the ours online on google show its open.!!!

Seriously need to get new staff trained in customer service, instead of one's that stand around chatting , expecting customers to sort their own issues out including trying to navigate around abandoned trolleys in the self serve. Then there's the women who looked down her nose at us and pushed herself through my daughter n grandson to readjust the camera. No need to get physical ASDA . Don't know why I'm writing this because never gets noticed by ASDA royalty

The staff behaviour was very bad .one staff whose duty is on cash counter between 1 to 2 am on 18 September was very rude and also not wearing staff jacket . He made noise and make a rude with one customer and also do same with me . I never be tried to visit place again ?

Bought some frozen chicken two days ago. Obviously kept it frozen, but opened bag and it smelled disgusting. Took it back only to be told customer services closed at 8, and I should try another store.
I dumped the item on the desk and went to get another one. I've worked retail customer services long enough to know if it's faulty, I do not need a receipt, I can just exchange for another one.
But Asda, sort yourselves out. My mother was spoken to rudely at West Bridgeford store he other week - think I'll shop elsewhere.

Came twice and was told by security they are still closed. It's therefore not 24hrs on Tuesdays to Fridays, not at ASDA cemetery road.

Asda here at cemetery road have a 24 hours open supermarket. It's one of largest grocery store in Bradford with wide range of products, including groceries, clothing, electronics, and more, at competitive prices. All the sections are nicely arranged. There is automatic self check out and other billings counters. Store offers huge parking and there is Asda petrol station at entrance.
