Ordered a desk just for my order to be cancelled and refunded with no reasoning at all, mind you it happened 3 times in a row. First time cancelled but assumed it was a stock issue, 2nd time cancelled again, 3rd time there was a delay to collection then they cancelled....on the day of collection.
Customer support was useless, closing the chat on me instead of giving a straight answer to why my orders were cancelled on 3 occasions. Argos used to be decent a decade ago, but now it?s just unreliable, frustrating and not worth anyone's time or money.
Why I gave them 3 chances? Absolutely no clue I just really wanted my desk.

I purchased from this store and we took the home, I don?t like it had opened the thy didn?t take back all uk if I don?t like I can give back after opening but Argo don?t take back am not buying from Bradford Argos anymore I give everyone advice don?t buy ?

Love shopping at Argos .they always have what you need .there customer service is lovely & prices can?t beat anyone in town . I rate it 5star

I went yesterday to buy a new phone. The lady who assisted me was very helpful, the store had the device I wanted in stock as well different colours. They also have a great deal on mobile insurance witch I signed up for. Overal experience was good, staff seemed happy. 5 stars

Just enjoyed an excellent experience at Bradford Argos. The man who came over to help us and give us advice was very polite and patient. The price we paid was reasonable and we left feeling completely satisfied.

Absolutely terrible service, the staff at the tills taking orders need re training, one of the lady?s was too busy chatting to a friend, i was stood with other customers waiting for over 10 mins even the other staff were looking at her thinking how long she is taking. The other lady was having till troubles but then eventually moved to another till to serve, she did try but clearly there was a need for re-training in the art of customer service and efficient service. A different member of staff had to come over and serve as now the Que was getting big, once served at the till the rest was quick and on point. Get these lazy chatty advisors to work and not chat and take their time like it?s their own business and it?s them doing us a favour by serving. Terrible service overall and I hope that senior management will actively do something about this as I am a regular customer at Bradford Forster square Argos but this did put me off.
