The food was exceptional. We had nihari, haleem and chana daal. Authentic taste. But the place seems suffocated and poorly managed.

I have been to this restaurants many times. My experience is not disappointing at all. They got decent enough choices of starters main and desert as well as free drinks as well as tea. If you like Indian foods and want to try different varieties without breaking your wallet. You will love Anam

The food was off and the staff are even worse. Take this as advice, avoid this place. The only thing they can do it fine people for parking in thr car park.

Starters are horrible
Only 2 main dish lol chicken & cheap lamb kahari 6/10 ice cream was 10/10 service is horrible the tables chairs dirty .never never again even if it?s free . Toilets are a filth area not worth for even washing hands . By the way tea was good lol

I am writing to raise a concern about an upsetting experience I had during a recent visit to your restaurant.
After being seated for the buffet, I got up to begin selecting food when a female staff member approached me in an aggressive manner and said, ?What do you want?? She got very close to my face and spoke in a confrontational tone. Her behavior was intimidating and made me feel extremely unwelcome.
Due to how uncomfortable and disrespected I felt, I decided to leave the restaurant immediately. This kind of treatment is entirely unacceptable, and I hope you will take steps to ensure other customers do not have to go through a similar experience.

I went with my family today but when I entered in the building I was shocked. Car park was empty, building was really dirty and restaurant was completely empty. No food was prepared. They said we have to wait 15 minutes. When I saw the menu, I was shocked. There was hardly any dishes I said to my family can we please leave now because I?m not gonna pay £17.95 PP for this buffet. So we left without having any food this place is completely gone down. I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone.

This place used to be really good. Has gone down massively. Not sure of the reason. May be new management?
Dirty toilets, hand driers not working, no hot water.
Skimping on the food and quality. Flies hovering on the table. Staff half asleep.

Only thing that put me off was when I booked the table I was not informed the buffet is £27 pp and they only accept cash. Which I didn?t have so I had to make a bank transfer which took awhile.

Really disappointed (even though we been coming here for years) but today was the last time we go there
Place was dead totally empty being a Friday night (now I know why it?s dead and empty)
£18 per person (wow yet food quality and service gone down the drain as they say)
Buffet empty No food had to wait around half an hour and when it came seemed like it?s old food being warmed up again and again for everyone there food isn?t fit for animals tbh never mind us humans but sadly and unfortunately had to eat it since we were there
Smell from some of the food and desserts feeling sick Just writing about it
Staff were deffo rude
Dirty venue
Now less variety compared to before many dishes were missing
Nothing good to say tbh
Shame and sad to see how these businesses what to start cutting corners and try fooling there customers
Overall disappointing and disgusting
So many reviews left by other customers who also weren?t happy yes I agree it?s not a nice place to go well not anymore
Sorry I ain?t the person to complain or to write reviews but today?s food was awful
And it?s only fair to leave a honest review

The place needs a good clean. Toilets are disgusting especially the disabled toilet. Food is sub par and the staff are rude
