As others have said, deliveries are unreliable and mistakes are common. Impossible to phone them, phone is constantly unavailable, and they don't respond to online requests. Currently waiting on a medication which was issued on the 22nd, 4 days ago. Had a delivery of dosset boxes today but I'm going to have to waste time and money on taxis to get my other medication. Never any explanation or apology for any of these failures.

OK if you are able to call in to collect your prescription, but the delivery service is very unreliable. It can multiple calls and several days to get a repeat prescription delivered. And they will claim they have not received a prescription that was sent by the GP to them...cue several calls to get it sorted.

I?ve had both of my vaccine from Allerton Pharmacy as my experience was extremely comfortable the first time, I decided To have my second vaccine today.I was welcomed by the lovely friendly staff member as I forgot my mask the kind lady kindly offered me a mask which saved me time going back to the car.I was only there for only few minutes but the whole process was quick and easy.The young lady who offered me the vaccine was extremely kind took extra care with privacy which made me very comfortable Thank you.Few weeks back my husband took my young son for his first vaccine and staff was extremely polite and helpful and the elderly gentleman went above and beyond to help find a vaccine centre for children under 16.Having experienced their service I can confirm The customer service is excellent: knowledgeable, friendly, helpful and efficientThank you so much for your serviceAmbreen

Went for my Covid booster. Queues inside and out Did not seem very well organised .Several people had the same time given for an appointment . I was eventually given my jab 30 mins late and only then because I raised it with a member if staff .The staff were rushed off their feet but were very good when I asked how much longer I would be .When I left there was still a long queue.
