As others have said, deliveries are unreliable and mistakes are common. Impossible to phone them, phone is constantly unavailable, and they don't respond to online requests. Currently waiting on a medication which was issued on the 22nd, 4 days ago. Had a delivery of dosset boxes today but I'm going to have to waste time...

OK if you are able to call in to collect your prescription, but the delivery service is very unreliable. It can multiple calls and several days to get a repeat prescription delivered. And they will claim they have not received a prescription that was sent by the GP to them...cue several calls to get it sorted.
