Now I am not from retail and you can laugh at this as much as you'd like but I thought 3 for 2 was buy 5 items and get the 2 cheapest items free... So obviously I rocked up with 5 items and was like these are all 3 for 2 and the bag of nuggets isn't. He took a slight pause and continued to scan. It wasn't until I got home I felt a little embarrassed and realized what the discount had meant. Hence I'm giving you an overall 4 stars, if I had known, I would have been able to have another tunnel for my bunnies. Therefore staff need to be more helpful to the customers that turn up to tills with 5 items than 6 when it is 3 for 2. This would help to increase repeat sales going forward.”
