Disgusting service. Delivery man stated he doesn?t like delivering to THIS house because we take too long to answer the door. He took the warm food back to the shop because HE didn?t have change to give us from a £20 note? Food was cold and RUBBISH SERVICE

Ordered from here the last 8 years of my life. Recently moved address still within WF17 area. They continued to deliver on 2 more occasions until they started rejecting my orders. I phoned up and they state that I entered the incorrect postcode (I didn?t, it?s a new build property) he got very shirty with me raising his voice and aggravated attitude saying it?s wrong and I?m too far that it?s outside 3 miles (it isn?t, it?s bang on 2.9) I tried to explain this is my favourite place and it is within 3 miles and they hung up on me. Honestly disgraceful service. Tracking my orders back I have genuinely made over 1,000 orders and this is the kind of treatment you get. Do not respect their customers in the slightest.

Where do i start, ordered a curry, garlic nan etc, the curry was the worst curry i have ever had, the chicken was awful, very chewy and full of gristle, wouldnt even feed it to my dog, the garlic nan was not a nan it was a pizza with garlic on it and it was awful, the food standards are shocking, if you like decent food do not order from here.

terrible service with the delivery. the delivery guy made out like it was my fault when i told him the right address and he got it wrong he then ended the call and haven?t heard back since it?s been over an hour!

The food was very good, the delivery service and follow up calls were disgraceful, if they forgot something off the order the response was will send next time you order, didn't seem to know if you order as a group you expect to eat together as a group
