Visited today looking at prams. Charlie was amazing, friendly and knowledgeable, he spent the time to talk us through different prams including demonstrations. Nothing was too much trouble and he was conscious and thoughtful about our feelings as new parents that we may get overwhelmed. Truly a delight and you can tell he loves what he does. Thank you!

We were served by Thandi at Birstall Leeds, who took time out to show us the baby equipment and how it worked. We didn't realise we needed an appointment and despite not having one, Thandi was happy to help, she was very informative and knowledgeable about the products. Our first experience at Mamas and Papas was a good one ? We went on to order the equipment shown to us by Thandi x

I visited the Birstall Leeds branch today to shop around for a car seat for my son. Beverley gave us 10/10 service, absolutely exceptional especially in terms of her knowledge. I purchased a car seat because Beverley?s knowledge and fantastic service meant I didn?t need to look anywhere else! An absolute star and I?m very grateful to be served by such a lovely soul. The level of customer service was no less than 10 out of 10. Thanks Beverley!

My partner and i went into Mamas & Papas at the weekend to purchase our pram bundle & nursery set that we had previously had our eyes on. We didn't make a 1:1 appointment & on a busy bank holiday i thought we'd struggle to get assistance but i asked a lady called Ava for help & she really couldn't have done enough for us. She was so knowledgeable about all the products and even showed us how to install the car seat that came with our bundle as well as giving advise and letting us have a go ourselves. She made the whole experience amazing and less daunting than expected. Thanks so much again Ava!! xx

sharing my experience where I had a long delay with my seat frame and fabrics, but Matt the supervisor handled the situation with great professionalism. Visited at Birstall today to view travel system prams for our daughter who is due to give birth in May. We had booked an appointment at 10.30 with Chloe. This young lady was knowledgeable about the whole range of products to choose from, friendly, down to earth and there was no pressure selling. She demonstrated a number of styles and makes.She made it a very pleasant experience and we did return after going for some refreshments to place our order. When we did return she had gone to lunch so we did not have chance to place the order with her or express our thanks for her help.

Visited earlier this month and was served by Matt. He was a great rep for the company and simplified the tricky world of travel systems! Even better that they honour price matches on identical products sold cheaper on other sites. This meant we got a nice, no quibble, discount on the cost of the travel system we wanted.
Matt was knowledgeable and gave us plenty of time to consider whether we wanted to go ahead with the purchase. Thank you.

Visited to purchase a car seat today, Matt was very helpful, we needed a specific type of car seat due to my partners disability and he was very knowledgable and went out of His way to show us how 2 types of car seat would work with our requirements and even tried it out in our own car for us before purchasing! Katie helped us find our travel system for our first baby. She explained and demonstrated in detail how each function of the pram worked. She also showed us the car seats and how to fix them into place safely. She is very knowledgeable and put myself and partner at ease. We walked away with great reassurance and a pram at a very good price. She listened to our needs and expectations and we are very happy with our purchase.

We visited the Bristol Mamas&Papas store today to look at car seats and prams. We were helped throughout by Thandi, who was so knowledgeable on all the different products and gave the perfect amount of advice and time alone for us to discuss and decide. ( We bought pram, car seat, carrycot, Chicco next to me, some shoes and dress, wardrobe, etc..) She was never in our face or pushy but just was so friendly and knowledgeable. She embodies excellent customer service and we would like to thank her because normally she has to be finished at 3pm but she just stay for us till 5.30pm. We really appreciated.
