I had an emergency flat tyre and was stuck. I phoned them at very short notice at 16:30pm and the Manager promised he?d help me out if I brought the wheel down, which they did.Very professional and polite and would definitely recommend to friends and family.

Absolutely tried to rip me offFailed my car on brake pad wear front and rear,Was advised to fit new discs aswell, it?s only done 15000 milesThey said pads were less than 1.5mm but after replacement off all pads front and rear, this is not trueFront OS is minimum 4mm all other pads front and rear minimum 6mm !Your manager recommended new pads all around, new front discs and new rear tyres which were cracking ?? But not a fail?I will not ever come to your company again and will not recommend you either.

Despite my mot failing, I cannot fault the service I receive here. The staff are so lovely and welcoming, even handing out biscuits ? The mechanic who did my mot, showed me all the faults on my car rather than just telling me which was great as I'm a visual learner and understand things better when I'm shown it. I also love the fact that they offer a payment scheme so that the cost of repair is more manageable. I also like that the waiting area is nice and clean, and that you can easily see the mot being carried out

The team at Leeds Birstall are fantastic, they always make you feel welcome and are really knowledgeable in their field. The tyre technician always does an amazing job and there's also a member of staff who has a great singing voice, heard a great rendition of an Adele track today. They all seem to really get on with each other which makes the environment feel great. Not to forget Ash, who is amazing and such a friendly guy, I always leave with a smile on my face, such a genuine gent. 5 star to team Birstall ?

Came to Kwik fit because a piece of bodywork was loose under the car, left it with the lads there. They got back to me and said they didn't have the fitting for the panel, but secured it with ties-no charge! Best service I've ever had at a place like this, nice one fellas ?

Staff were lovely, I broke down nearby and had no clue where I was, they were booked up with MOTs however still offered to help. They were able to order a part and have my car fixed within a few hour so I could be on my way. Thanks!

I took my car in for an MOT.The car failed, however the level of service from Sol and Ash was superb.Sol went out of his way to explain and demonstrate the issues with the vehicle that had caused it to fail, and in doing so provided me with enough of an understanding to make an informed decision on further advisory work.Sometimes it is easy to feel like you are taken advantage of as a customer with little understanding, however Sol and Ash provided me with clear advice and superb service so I knew I was in safe hands.Thank you gentlemen - I will make sure to visit your branch in future for any further work.Best wishes.
