The shrinkflation is excessive. I got a supercharger burger meal and you got hardly any fries and a tiny drink. Its just not acceptable for the price you're paying. Season your fries. Just bland and disappointing. The staff also just dump my food out on the counter rather impolite overall.

Went to this lunchtime with my Mrs. Burger was very cold and stuff was stood around laughing. We did make a complaint. They said they?ll make a fresh one for us but it came out cold might as well go to farm foods

The presentation & taste of the food was really nice. Ordered 3no. Zinger burger meals to takeout & they were still really warm even after a 15 minute drive. So would highly rate the food / branch based on this. Customer service was meh.. nothing above & beyond or special. They put your order on counter & call your order with their back turned to you.. not even an acknowledgement.

Absolutely loved the personal touch of the manager who went out of their way to accommodate us .
Ensured that we ordered purely vegetarian dishes and gave us a large table to sit as well .
Loved the hospitality

This used to be a 5* KFC for me. The food is still ok but they now refuse to serve you at the counter and you are forced to use the order kiosks that are clunky, slow and cluttered. I won't return to this KFC now unless this changes back.

The food and the place is just ok for a KFC, but the toilets had a very horrible smell and were dirty. That is not acceptable. The standards are very low in the cleanliness of the toilets.

Dirty tables chips and popcorn was cold but was exchanged. Eaten corn on the cob at the side of front door sunhill maneager was told about this but nothing was done.My daughter picked it up on the way out.chair legs were dirty gravy on the back of my daughter's chair she wiped it off no napkins given no wet wipes givenno folks were given two booth be were left dirty.food on the floor in more then one place.
