Nightmarish hellish landscape not fit for Parents with young kids when they need to use the restrooms going through a one way system which does not help.Topped up by a useless returns department which did not know how to log a claim for me or take my details to call me back if my kids coat turned up or not.Only to have time further wasted on a centralized switch board who can only check to see if an item has been logged by said useless returns department. If you want to complain, you have to do it via snail mail or in store to the manager. Shocking customer experience.

Got some nice things... Great shop... Just one comment to make, that the disabled toilet at the main entrance was out of order... Was an inconvenience but sometimes these things can't be helped... I hope it got fixed quickly

Well laid out, helpful staff and cheap restaurant.Visited new years day and was very quiet, had breakfast at the restaurant that cost £10 for three of us including drinks (bargain)Really helpful staff who explained how to order and buy products not available for self pick from and need to be collected direct from the warehouse pick up points.

Shocking service. 45 mins so far to wait for something that was supposed to be in the store. Told to manual order been waiting. Now been told its in click and collect. Absolute farce of an experience. Won't use ikea again. Edit. One and a half hours to stand in two queues including the customer service queue (which took longer than returns) to get a refund. Ridiculous. Never ever again

I love IKEA it a place that you can have fun getting lost in simply exploring the vast expanse of the brilliant blue shop there hot dogs are not the greatest but at that price they will fill you up for next to nothing. It is fun for some how all ages from 4 years old with there surprising selection of teddys to mums with there vast collection of kitchen wear from knifes and forks to the kitchen itself. In conclusion I love IKEA it is a great way to spend a couple of hours ???

Not busy, disappointed at the lack of interesting Christmas ideas. Everything red. Finding things I liked elsewhere but the colours are so drab and pastel. Been shopping with ikea for over 30 yrs, Brent Cross store. As a company just lost it for me on colours.

On the way back from parents, called in before it actually started trading. Got somebody telling us that they were doing a 2 minute silence in 15 minutes for remembrance day. 11 o'clock came and girl came on saying we would like you join us for a 2 minute silence, so we stopped and was quiet. The music that was on before it had started carried on and also got an announcement saying the store is now open during the 2 minutes.

My name is Josh and this is my review for IKE. I won't charge money for reading this review, so enjoy.I go to this place to purchase items for my flat, and to fill my mouth with meaty balls from the restaurant. Sometimes I will go with my "friends", as an enjoyable day out.As much as I enjoy perusing the store, it has gotten markedly more expensive recently, especially if you don't own an IKEA family card. I advise you get one, or they will catch you out on the price discrepancies. Also, the food was not as good as it has been on previous visits (peas were old), and when I went to purchase a post-shop Glizzy, I was told it would be a 7 minute wait? For a Glizzy? Ludicrous.Try not to go during the school holidays, or you will feel the need to commit infanticide.Staff have been helpful when I have needed them.Car park is big, and there were a few pigeons flying about which was nice. Unsure whether they were part of the IKEA experience or not, but their presence was appreciated.

We decided to go to the IKEA cafe. We tried to join the queue and the cashier shouted at us "we're closed we're closed. The exit sign has been put up. The exit sign had been put up". How were we to know an exit sign means closed so we left. As we were walking away I saw another member of staff. So asked her when the cafe would reopen. She said it isn't closed they have just stopped serving breakfast but will start serving dinners at the other side. She was lovely. So really if the cashier had said sorry we have stopped serving breakfast but you can get a dinner from the other side. That would have been helpful. Instead of being extremely rude and aggressive.

We did a bit of shopping today so called into IKEA for lunch, we had the meat balls chips and peas, what a load of rubbish, I should have waited until I got home and had something. The meal was warm at best, cheap bullet peas. We were hungry and there wasn't much so we ate it. We all like different food but I thought it was crap.

Don't bother! Customer service terrible! atmosphere is cold, confusing. The layout displays are amazing but this is just to lure you in my opinion. You go to buy something only to discover the whole set is not completeor Items missing. No help for returns. They just offer to purchase another item or similar. I wouldn't give it one star if it didn't allow me to go further

50 min cafe queue is ridiculous. Come on IKEA, what's going on? More staff needed? Better cooking systems for the volume of customers. Really poor
