shocking service spent quite a lot of money on new wardrobes and paid for them to delivered using family discount (Still not cheap). Got a text the night before delivery day saying delivery expected 07:30-11:30 all pretty smooth. Got up at 07:00 just in case they were early, well 11:30 came and went, got to16:45 still not here, no update on tracking just saying will be delivered. Cancelled order and got a full refund.

Worst ever delivery service, I booked the order and asked them for express delivery it was supposed to come on 18 they reschedule it to 21st. I call them. I need urgent they said they will delivered on 19th. It did not they rescheduled on 21st and guess what? I called them they said now it will come on 23rd. Never seen anything worse than this they would never deliver 23rd again
Now how they expect me to carry a bed wardrobe and a table in my car ???????

Ordered a table and paid 40 quid for next day delivery because we needed it asap. Said it would be delivered in the morning, tracker showed the van come within 0.5 miles of our house with us as 'next delivery' but then it turned round and went back to ikea. Got an update saying it'd be delivered by 6pm and again, tracker showed it come close but then return. Got a notification saying it couldn't be delivered and took 4 days to get hold of anyone to get a refund but they couldn't tell us what happened. Menwhile, ordered a table on amazon and got it before this refund for free delivery.

IKEA Leeds is very much what you?d expect from an IKEA, a maze of showrooms, meatballs at the halfway point, and plenty of flat-pack waiting at the end. The store itself is fine, well laid out and stocked, and the staff are generally helpful enough. The real test of patience comes before you even step inside! Its the car park, it always feels busier than it should be, like everyone in West Yorkshire decided to redecorate on the same day. Once you finally find a space though, it?s business as usual.
In short, it?s a solid IKEA experience, neither better nor worse than others, but if you?re planning a trip, leave yourself a little extra time just to battle for a parking spot.
