This is a great shop. I've been a customer for quite a few years and have purchased a couple of digital pianos for grandchildren and more recently a secondhand trombone for myself. In the past eighteen months I have had minor repairs done on trombone and trumpet and not been charged for either - unbelievable. I can't rate this shop highly enough.

Really helpful and knowledgeable staff. I was looking for a clarinet solution for my daughter. They offered a great range of options to suit all kinds of budgets. I was also very impressed by the very large product range. If you need a quality service and instrument from piano to violin to guitar to flute to clarinet and more or less everything between, I would definitely recommend this place.

I went with my flute teacher to purchase an upgrade on Saturday 3rd May and everyone was so lovely! We were a little late to our appointment due to traffic but we phoned ahead and it was no problem.
We were offered a cuppa when we arrived, and a little room upstairs, then after some set-up we were pretty much left to our own devices. I must have tried 8 or 9 flutes before deciding on which I wanted as they have a large selection. Tom was so knowledgeable and helpful, dipping in from time to time to see how I was getting on and explaining some of the differences between the brands. I wish we didn't have to rush off for a gig because I could've stayed and talked to Tom all day haha. I'd already been experimenting with new flutes for nearly 2 hrs at that point though but I never felt any pressure to hurry at all.
Overall, great experience and I'm very happy with my new Miyazawa. I would definitely recommend!

I have been a customer of Windstruments for many years, and they have always been excellent. Recently they have done a sterling job with an insurance claim, where I snapped my bassoon. Tom has been terrific throughout, and nothing seems too much trouble. If you want your instrument repaired or serviced, give Windstruments a call. Thoroughly recommended.

My daughter and I went today to try some acoustic guitars. Amazing customer service. Friendly, informative but not pushy. They let my daughter take any guitar she wanted to try to a separate room which helped massively. We didn?t feel rushed at all and after trying around 8 different ones it became obvious she?d found her favourite. This is her first ?proper? guitar and she is chuffed to bits. Thanks so much to the staff for their help!!!
