I am leaving this review in hopes to help the next potential tenants.I have rented a flat via Hunters lettings Bingley for approximately 2 years and it has definitely, without a doubt, been a stressful experience.Most of the vital equipment in the flat is well over 20 years of age (contractors literraly laugh when looking at the equipment they come to fix). Since I've moved in here, I've needed to replace the hob, the freezer, the fridge, the balcony door, one heater, the water boiler etc. All in short succession.It has been a difficult experience because I never knew/know when things will get dealt with.The water boiler is still not working properly, even though someone came to look at it. We still go without warm water some days because of it (a couple of times a month).I've been waiting from anywhere between a few months up to 1 year, before anyone came to deal with issues such as I mentioned above.They don't always call you back when they say they will either.It's not the staff to blame, some of them can be helpful and some less so. It's how everything is organised above that's the main issue in my opinion. There seems to be a lack of oversight to what's going on.I waited for someone to come and sort out my bedroom heater during last winter. They only came by summer time. It was the coldest winter I've had to endure in the UK.It took a year to sort out the balcony door that was basically insulating the room as much as a few layers of cardboard would have. It directly translated to a couple of £100 increase in my energy bill throughout the coldest months of winter.The refrigerator stopped working and it took a month if not longer for them to replace it.Now the washing machine is broken and it's almost been a month since I reported it. We're paying £40-50/week to do our laundry at the laundrette.The contractors entered my flat just a few days ago with regards to the washing machine and freezer and Hunters lettings Bingley still don't know what they did because nothing has been sorted/touched.I understand that things need to be signed off by the landlord, contractor scheduling, availability etc. but this my experience is bordring neglect.

A wonderful experience from start to finish. Communication was fantastic and I have to give a special mention to Matthew who dealt with us from first viewing to handing over the keys. No question was a problem for him. Got the keys to us earlier than expected too. Fantastic service would highly recommend

Everyone that I have dealt with has been so helpful and made a very stressful situation as easy as possible.The portal used for the paperwork is easy to use and ensures that busy professionals are able to reference and sign tenancies electronically without leaving their work place.The welcome parcel on the key exchange day was a really nice touch.I will highly recommend. Justine has been consistently helpful since the time we made an enquiry on the rental property.She went above and beyond to squeeze in a second viewing with only one day?s notice and kept us informed every step of the way after helping us secure a rental offer.Fantastic service from Hunters who reply same day to any queries. Would thoroughly recommend to family and friends.

All staff were extremely helpful from start to finish, explained everything in detail, always available to answer any questions we had and great response times via email - even called us with any updates on our application which made the whole process that less stressful, All staff at the Bingley branch great but again huge thank you to Elisa! Lovely and polite member of the team ?? who I would like to personally thank! Can?t recommend highly enough ?

6 stars - Amazing team and would highly recommend them. I have had nothing but a great experience with the Hunters Bingley renting team. All of them have been helpful, responsive and friendly. They helped us find a lovely home in Bingley and provided us with any information we've requested despite the fact moving houses is a stressful situation for a tenant. Thanks guys!

I would like to thank Elisa, Matthew and Daniel for looking after the tenancy of my 2 flats. They have been extremely professional, responded to problems promptly and have had to deal with difficult situations which they have done so admiralably. I could not recommend them more highly.

Very good service. I am currently looking for a new home within the Bingley area and hunters can not do enough for me. They are very responsive to queries and understanding of my situation. They are very professional and pleasant to deal with and take the time out to meet the needs of their customers/potential tenants. Justine and elisa in particular have been helpful and polite. 5* service.

Elisa and Justine were really helpful in our search for a property to rent. Their communication was great, and they provided quick and clear information on the steps involved in renting our property. Both were more than happy to answer any of our questions, and were really easy to talk to. Made the process very simple!
