I have used holroyds Estate agents over many years and they recently sold my property in Bradford they are the best as far as I am concerned. Jack and all the staff are professional outstanding and good in everything they do. Very poor customer service. Was promised a call back on a property enquiry and never received a call. Called back myself two days later to be told I'd receive a call in 10 minutes as the relevant colleague was on the other line. Again the cell never came. Very poor

Got a property to sell? Speak to Lee at Holroyds Bingley. He was able to get our home on the market quickly. Source a buyer within a week. Completion followed a short time after that!We were kept up to date regulalrly by Lee who did a fantastic job. He mediated/progressed things between us, the buyers and the solicitors (not an easy job!) with true professionalism.The rates charged were highly competitive vs other local agents. So glad we chose them over other local agents!Thank you Lee, all the best

I would thoroughly recommend this estate agents, from start to finish (which thanks to them wasn't long at all, they sold our house in a fortnight) they were extremely supportive and helpful. All the stress of viewing etc was taken away by their staff sorting all this out, it was a relaxing experience for us....which is not something you associate with selling a property. Very professional, very helpful, they helped us sail through what could have been a very a daunting g time. Thank you.

Great service and financial advice from Kelly Garner. I would definitely recommend her financial advice!I was scratching about the market for months like an old chicken, with a low MiP received from the work of an independent broker. I spoke to Kelly as I was given a couple of case studies by the estate agent. On the same wage and circumstances at the time, they obtained a MiP for 22K more with a 5% and 10% deposit. Even with the interest rate increases, the interest rates found at application were lower than I nearly applied for under a different broker 10 months earlier.I put the search on hold for a few months due to bad luck with offers, cleared my loan and got a new job. I contacted Kelly again about my change in circumstances and my MiP increased by another 22K with either a 5 or 10% deposit.Within a month I'd had an offer an accepted on a property that came with the most awful terms. Kelly was straight on the phone to advise me on contract clauses. Even my conveyancer missed it. However, due to completion timescales it was also not viable due to ISA rules. A week or so later I'd found another property local to where I live now. No reason to move 20 miles away to find a place due to unnecessary budget constraints from brokers with limited options in the market.Another great part of the service is to contact clients about pending interest changes and bringing applications forward. And a willingness to work late to submit client applications to get the current interest rates before they increase.A friend of mine purchased a house last year with his wife. Bigger deposit. His wife was not a first time buyer. They used a different broker and their interest rate is worse than mine.Not all brokers will offer a lifetime broker service fee, some require payment upon every application, from your first to your last. Holroyds don't. It's an administration fee only.It's worth checking this out whilst searching the market.I hope this helps.

Holroyds (Bingley) - SALES were really helpful when buying a property. Bethan, Lee and Gill have always been incredibly supportive.Gill provided such a supportive role through the sales progression and in all honesty, she is a real source of support throughout.

I've only experienced Holroyds as a buyer, and my experience was a very positive one. Lee was organised, helpful and attentive, even showing me around a house on his day off. We didn't end up buying the property (not Lee's fault) but the experience throughout was very positive and we would happily buy or sell through Holroyds in future.

I would recommend Holroyds Estate Agents all day long. There customer service is exemplary and they do what they say. From Lee in Sales, to Gill in the process of sales, they have been awesome. Look no further in the area.

I am looking at buying a 2nd property. Beth at Holyroyds is amazing ?. She kept me informed even when she was waiting to get hold of vendors just to let me know that she hadn?t forgotten.I do however think that the web chat is very poor I won?t be using that again. Whoever was handling my ?chat? clearly did not read my messages and asked me for information that I?d already given at least once already. Very poor customer experience but then Beth made up for that. ??

So much junk on the screen. Pop ups. Concealing the property you want to look at. Talk about not seeing the wood for the trees. Might as well search for the same property on zoopla because there are more photos and no annoying pop ups

Woman who showed me around the property seemed unhappy to be there and not happy to take questions. Her answers about the property seemed to vary as the answers she gave during the viewing and when I asked again when I followed up was completely different. Zara was very stroppy over the phone when I asked for a second viewing and when I asked to view on a specific day which she said she couldn?t do and can do a different day which she booked it in before I even agreed to the new date.We were made to feel like we were bothersome even though answering questions is part of their job. Of course people will have questions and want to make sure the property is a good fit especially when you are spending an immense amount of money. We were actually very interested in the property but her service had put us off.Would not recommend due to poor service.
