I really do think a few of the staff in here are a few sandwiches short of a picnic or just clearly can?t read orders. 3 times in a month they sent only one sandwich and 1 drink when it says 2 x on my orders one time I script as a mistake but 3 times in one month is ridiculous? Move to McDonald?s Sunday staff you?ll probably fit in better there

Everytime I vist this greggs nothing but bother. The women are so rude and shoud learn manners. Greggs will put fresh pizza in other places but I got shouted at when I asked in this greggs a big "NO". They always talk loud and have an attitude.

I ordered bacon and sausage, without sauce because inevitably it ends up on the shirt. You gave me bacon with red sauce and now my shirt, and my day is ruined

One of the most rudest staff members I have ever come across - her face was getting angrier and angrier whileI pondered one minute to decide what I wanted seems like other customers have same issues . You may want to do some staff training.

Great place to pick up hot and cold food. From sandwiches to hot pasties, sausage rolls etc.Hot and cold drinks available excellent coffee.First class

Overcharged me with confidence when questioned and then when I stood and added it up refunded me £2. Felt as if they were hoping I didn't notice... Least I got a refund but not impressed

Rude female staff member, refused to sell the better presented/not crushed cookie when I asked if she would please choose another one , this I was told was on the basis she was forced by the store rules and had to pick the smaller crushed one?when I asked customer care they noted this was not the case?any customer can choose the item their wish to purchase?so why lie store staff?

Date: 02/10/22 Time: 15:30PMThought I'd treat myself and get a cheese and onion pasty. I was a regular. The two women serving came across as very rude, I asked for all change and she replied with "I don't know what you're saying".. "can't do it because we're closing up" ???. They seemed to be in a massive rush, I know the store shuts at 4 but theres half an hour to go? Pasty was stone cold. Staff very pushy to get me to leave; Never felt more unappreciated as a customer. Very dissapointed. I will be taking my hard earned money elsewhere. 0/10. Rude staff. Not using Gregs as a whole again. Kind regards.
