Eternity is just seconds away from me as I live on Smith Street, so it's very handy for when I want to pamper myself once a year. I've never had a problem and have always felt like I got value for money. However, on my last visit I found some of the staff to be rather miserable and ill mannered and there was a distinct smell of pee about the place. Not sure what's happened but it's put me off and have taken my business elsewhere.

Got my nails done by Lilly, I got acrylic infills and my 2 nails came off just after a week so I paid £6 to get them new but after another week both new nails and another 3 more nails came off which is huge disappointment, within 2 weeks I had to pay £32 for infills then £6 for new 2 nails and then £10 again to take these faulty nails off. My experience is not so good this time as it caused a lot of pain to my nails( can be seen in pic cracked nails) and also a huge wastage of money.Not recommendedService: Manicure

This was the first time I had been to Eternity beauty salon and it was an excellent service, Hayley was very friendly and the salon was clean and tidy. I will definitely be going back for more treatments in the future.
