So other day i went to this domino to pick my order up and something made me feel uncomfortable to been there.
So it was women there i don't know what she calls but i assume she was manager of the shop so anyway while i was there she were ignoring the fact that there is customer in the shop she were talking so rude to the staff and she was keep shouting while i was there.i felt very sorry for the staffs ,and made me very uncomfortable to be there then

? 1-Star Review ? Extremely Disappointed with Burnt Pizzas and Poor Customer Service
I don?t usually write reviews, but on this occasion I feel compelled to share my experience due to the extremely poor quality of the two gluten-free pizzas I received. I?ve been a customer of this branch for many years !
I was in a rush when I collected the order and didn?t check the pizzas at the counter ? something I now regret. When I got home to hungry mouths waiting, I was shocked to find that both pizzas were visibly burnt (see attached photos). I immediately called the branch to speak to a manager and expressed my dismay, only to be told that ?our oven is too hot ? that?s why they burned.?
I?m sorry, but how is that a valid excuse? Whether it?s an honest oversight or a result of improper kitchen settings, the point remains: I should never have been served burnt food in the first place.
I then had to drive all the way back with both burnt pizzas, expecting a resolution. Instead, I was given a replacement? only to find those pizzas were also burnt. No apology. No accountability. Just burnt pizza ? again.
To add to the disappointment, I was offered a few cookies as a goodwill gesture. While the thought might have been there, it felt dismissive and tone-deaf given the situation. I left twice with inedible food and still no proper apology.
Frankly, this branch needs to revisit basic standards of food preparation and customer service. A simple ?sorry? would have gone a long way ( ?Sorry seems to be the hardest word?- as the song goes!!) . Even a small gesture like a discount or voucher for a future order would have shown some effort to make things right. But sadly, none of that was offered.
Very disappointed. Won?t be returning any time soon.

Just used this dominos pizza the pizza was perfect and the lady who works there went above and beyond to help me amazing how one interaction with a stranger can change your whole mood thankyou very much

order wrong when brought home, staff who are not english are rude and cba barely understand you. when told order was wrong i was met with awful condescending shouting. will be taking this further.

Cooking the decadence is a Luxury the pride taken was dismal, like standing in Dog shxt barefoot.
The kickers are extortionate, the staff are friendly but they get paid so should be

Ordered food and it never arrived. Phoned them and customer service was shocking. In the end told them to forget the food and asked for a refund

Ordered pizza and dough balls with mozzarella was told on tracker had been delivered which it hadn't I had to call 3 times and was told driver was couple of minutes away second time was told driver been and door wasn't answered in the end food arrived after 1 and 3 quarters of an hour and dough balls were chocolate and cinnamon the food was nice but service was appalling won't be using again

Dominos in general is usually good (but overpriced), but on this occasion the pizza was under baked with raw dough around the stuffed crust and also in the cinnamon swirl balls. Didn't realise this until after (wife ordered) but the order came to £52 for 2 x 13", 1 x 11" pizzas and 3 portions of dough balls....
