Posting this on behalf of my elderly mother.If I could give 0 stars I would.My mum paid her bill via the bank, has proof from the bank, which has been passed on to Damart, but still they keep saying she hasn't paid, will charge her interest, charge her £6 when she telephones them. Copies from the bank have been sent, but still same response. She is so stressed about this and not sleeping. Come on Damart, sort your accounts department out, otherwise I will be calling in my solicitor to take action against you. It's such a shame as she loved buying from your catalogue
