Really helpful staff. They really helped me get a particular brand of something I needed where I didn?t get side effects.
They always have a smile on their face even though they are always busy and getting snapped at. They really do try their hardest.
They keep me up to date with their text service, I order at the gp, it gets sent to boots canalside, they text to say they?ve received it and then tell me when it?s ready. So there is no need to be waiting around all the time.
Brilliant service.

Google maps out it on the wrong side if the road. Once I had located the girl on the counter was very helpful.

Very helpful Pharmacists. Really do try to help as much as possible. Both Andrew and Alex have been friendly and helpful trying to help me with an error from the doctors. Having used a different Pharmacist recently I'm glad Boots at Canalside is my primary as the service at the other chemist was pale in comparison.

It seems convenient to have a pharmacy in the same building as your GP, but I strongly recommend registering with another pharmacy. They are not at all reliable or communicative, never have prescriptions ready, and likely don?t even have what?s been ordered in stock. I?ve had to reschedule appointments for my injections because of this pharmacy not having my medication, and I know other people who?ve given them multiple days but still not been able to get medication that they rely on.

Avoid going to this pharmacy. Firstly, the lady was abrupt when I told her my prescription should be ready and made me sit down and completely forgot about me. After 30 mins I went to the counter, lady with short black hair was helpful and advised me the prescription hasn?t been sent. After an hour of waiting for my medication. A lady with a headscarf was kindly asking if I?ve been served and took my details to check if it?s being done with her colleagues rudely replying ?I?m doing it now? and a lack of professional which I have never seen. First and last time going here

I went to the doctors yesterday 28th of December. He told me my prescription would be ready to pick up Straight awayI was Told by the pharmacist, it wasn't due to be picked up until the 6th of January. Proceed to go back to the reception at the surgery and they That information that the Pharmacy wasn't correct. And that I could pick it up straight away. What a bunch of xxxxxxg xxxxsSo many 1 star reviews I'm not Surprised at all.

Rude staff. Went in yesterday and heard them sighing and being unpleasant cause there was "a customer that needed serving" (me).I went in just now and one of the glass cabinets was open so I grabbed my benylin and I heard someone say "she's in the cabinet!" Like I was breaking in even though the door was obviously open. So I let them know the door was open. Then I heard one of the rude members of staff saying "the signs are big enough" whilst she was being shushed by her other colleagues. I let them know I heard.You need re-training to learn manners or don't work in a customer facing role.

Prescription sent from doctors 8 days ago is it ready No.No contact from boots and theynever answer the phone. I?m out of tablets asking other people at work to lend me some.This is a joke and they are not worthy of my custom.

Absolutely useless , never have the Pescription ready , when you turn up , they don?t know nothing , start on your pescription , little do the realise , people are dependent on there medication and need them , only one word useless

Asked if my prescription was ready. (ordered 6 working days early). No we will do it now. OK but I will pick up in the morning. WAS I Ready NO. And had to wait 20 minutes to get it.Rubbish

Transfered to boots from dalesway across the road. The ladies at boots are very friendly and are very professional. Night and day to the so-called other pharmacy. Very happy with the service I recieve. Thank you.

All the staff here are lovely. But Sharron is something else, she goes above and beyond to help you out. I had no HRT and she did everything that day to make sure I got a couple of weeks supply. She was so busy but still took the time to help me. So thank you Sharron ?

Absolutely useless, today despite the prescription sent over yesterday it still would not be ready until 6pm tonight which is far too late for me to get back from Skipton. They close at 6:30 pm and do not open Saturday at all!!! So I have now switched to the Dalesway pharmacy which is open on a Saturday 7:30am until 9pm and just accross the road from this useless branch of Boots. This is not the only time this has happened and its through my own lazyness that i havnt changed earlier...sheer incompetence at its finest.
