what a shame went tonight for a birthday,party of four , booked 5.30 got sat at 6.15 then just ignored,so just walked out ,somethings gone wrong here what a shame

Booked a table for 6.30 but were told to get a drink at the bar which was absolutely rammed. 40 mins later, still waiting by which time my heavily pregnant daughter was starting to feel very nauseous from standing in the crowd. Only seated when complained. Waited ages for food (had to go bar for drinks). Eventually had to ask for food as takeaway because by this time my daughter had been physically sick. Portions were tiny but charged full price even though cheaper on takeaway menu. Bill didn?t add up, think they must have added a service charge!! They were still taking people without bookings and takeaways kept going out. Absolute nightmare!! What a waste of £100+

First time trying this restaurant, we have ordered 2 pizzas which was nice however we ended up finding a hair in one of them. They have knocked it off the bill but we won't be back.
The wine has also been brought out in a dirty glass, with some black residue on the inside of it. A bit disappointed but the waitress was nice and sorted it out for us.

Had a lovely meal for our daughters birthday. It was really busy yet the service was quick and the food was amazing !! Had the cake brought out and she was sang Happy Birthday by most of the restaurant. Lovely evening!!

Popped in for an evening meal after some retail therapy. Staff were very friendly and were able to help us decide on our starter and main course. Food arrived promptly fresh cooked from the kitchen, which could be seen from our table. Food was very tasty, and the house special pizza had a good zing to it. Judging by the meals delivered to the surrounding tables, portion sizes are good, you won't be going home hungry.
Will be back to try some of the other choices available. Give it a go, don't think you will be disappointed.

I went to Zucchinis on Monday night and I thought it would be quiet but it was heaving with people. The service was good and we were greeted at the door straight away by someone we thought was probably the owner. The food came quickly despite the place being very busy and the food was scrumptious. It was also very reasonably priced with four courses for under £20 - not sure where else you could get food as nice as that for so cheap!! We will return

We came here for my friends graduation. We pre-booked the table for 10 people at 6pm. The last to arrive was 6.15pm due to work. We were there until 9pm and we only had 2 courses.
Cutlery wasn't refreshed between starter and main course. Starters came at 7.15 and mains came at 8.20pm. We asked for the bill and that took about 20 minutes to get. There were children at the table who had school the next day. We were told at about 7.50 that ours mains were next yet they still took 30 mins. The food was spectacular and I couldn't fault it in any way. A aoluteoy delicious but I felt that there was no apology or explanation for the wait. The restaurant was semi busy but they had loads of staff on. Tables booked in after us, left way before us.
I may visit again on a lunch time to see if the service was any quicker as the food was spectacular and reasonably priced.

Delightful experience. First time eating at an Italian restaurant. The food was lovely. I?d highly recommend the seafood ravioli!
I really appreciate the place having halal chicken also. Just gives you more of a variety than the seafood. The service was slow but worth it. I don?t blame them, they?re super busy and there?s already plenty of staff who all look occupied.
Credit to the chefs and staff for giving a welcoming experience. I?ll definitely be back!
