Called to make a future booking for a party of 20 have been many times before whoever answered the phone said we’re busy you’ll have to call back, so rude and will not recommend or go back

what a shame went tonight for a birthday,party of four , booked 5.30 got sat at 6.15 then just ignored,so just walked out ,somethings gone wrong here what a shame

Booked a table for 6.30 but were told to get a drink at the bar which was absolutely rammed. 40 mins later, still waiting by which time my heavily pregnant daughter was starting to feel very nauseous from standing in the crowd.
