Atmosphere always amazing. Food was lovely, did have to call staff couple times for service but that?s probably because they were super busy so understandable. Overall lovely experience.
Kid-friendliness: Soon as we were seated they brought over pencils and activity sheets to keep the kids entertained. Good options on kids menu too.

We had a lovely meal for our son?s birthday! The food was amazing and our waitress Olivia was very helpful in sourcing a candle so that we could sing Happy Birthday! Would definitely come again! ?

Didn't ask if we had reservation on arrival . We had reserved and had special requests. Just taken straight to a table. QRcode to order wouldn't work on any of our phones had to wait ages to order food and drinks. Garlic bread lovely. Pasta dishes bland and very basic. Pizza fresh and light though. Desserts a good choice. Drinks good too. Convenience over substance. Waitress that served us has been there years always friendly helpful and polite.

The food is amazing, easily one of the best in the area, in general, not just Italian. Two of us buying from the 3 course menu and a drink each put us at £70, money well spent. You can see the people in the kitchen making your food which is something I personally like. The waiting staff are always accommodating (my girlfriend is a fussy eater) and have I mentioned how good the food is? Get the garlic bombe starter it's divine!

Olivia was fantastic. Really helpful when we have children who are Autistic and she didn?t rush us at all. Thank you for making our visit lovely. We will be back.

We visited Zizzi in the evening on Christmas Eve, which overall was a positive experience and reasonable value for the 3 course Christmas Set Menu. The staff were very friendly and accommodating considering we brought a relatively young child on this occasion. The restaurant was also quite spacious. The pictures include Chicken Calabrese, Beef Short Rib Calzone, Chocolate Brownie and Baked Lemon & Blackcurrant Cheesecake. Therefore, I would recommend based upon this specific night.
Parking: Located in Birstall Retail Park. Therefore, if it was an evening meal sufficient spaces will probably be available.
Kid-friendliness: Bambini Menu and Crayons for Kids.
