I hope management read this. The two lads that where working today (30.9.23) where just so helpful and friendly with everyone. They interacted with customers,went out of thier way to locate items....excellent communication skills ( I told them they cheered my otherwise miserable day and feel they will go far in life !) Excellent & very varied choice of stock to choose from, comfortable to walk round , good access by escalators & lifts to all floors, cafeterias all OK.
Down side some of the fashionable goods a bit expensive even when ?discounts? are taken into account but will visit again.

We got a 3 and 2 seater suite from the furniture department, which should have been delivered the 3rd week of October, then just before it was supposed to be delivered we got a phone call to say they was a delay in the factory and we will get it in January, at the time we wasn?t in a rush due to moving house, but they offer us a couple of 2 seaters to be going on with, we looked at a few places before my husband said we should support local shops before going to the big ones like dfs or scs, so when we saw a suite we liked asked her a lot of questions about the suite and we ordered it, we got the suite 2nd week in January and it?s nothing like we got, the manager of the furniture department came today and said there is nothing he can do about it, so the lair to you to get the sale, so I wouldn?t recommend this place to anyone for anything, and I used to go there a lot for clothes, bedding etc and I?ll never go there again.

When they have new stock in there's lots of bargains to be had. Although I still find that books on amazon are cheaper.
