I hope management read this. The two lads that where working today (30.9.23) where just so helpful and friendly with everyone. Excellent & very varied choice of stock to choose from, comfortable to walk round , good access by escalators & lifts to all floors, cafeterias all OK.
Down side some of the fashionable goods a bit expensive even when ?discounts? are taken into account but will visit again.

I cannott reccommend this store more highly.Popped in this morning to buy an appointment book & diary for my grandaughters new business. Both Katie & Vicky were extremly polite, helpful andknew where everything was and led me to the 10p section as well. I got everything & more in all dept's and can honestly say i saved a fortune by shopping at the Works.Well done girls i will definatly shop with you again.
