Some lovely little shops with lots of choice. You can spend all day there, some great places to have lunch.

I often forget about this group of shops, tuck away just off The Bradford Road and was reminded about The Mill by a friend when I moaned that I would have to go to Dewsbury to buy a new pair of trainers. All the staff I spoke to were helpful and courteous and I felt valued as a customer.

Lovely shopping centre some genuine bargains. Don't miss going to the Loom Loft lovely staff and some beautiful items. Only slight downside in my opinion was even better before Edinburgh Woolen Mill took over most of shops but still worth a visit.

Good amount of parking, few shops, Yankee candle shop seems to be smaller than I remember but it's been a while since I last went, Only really go for The Works now for crafty stuff.

Recently moved house and needed new curtains. They have a large selection and had a sale on. Saved a small fortune and got curtains for all my windows.Bought new bedding and pleasantly surprised to find that the fitted sheets came in different depths. As our mattresses are deeper then the standard size it was wonderful to buy fitted sheets which actually fit. There are several cafes to choose from which are not overly priced and the food is good.

Good selection of excellent quality plants at readable prices. Easy parking and most plants under cover.

It's the time I've been in years and sadly the great mix of clothing styles/brands seems to have gone, it feels like the audience is predominantly the over 70s so all the clothing is directed at them. There's loads of cafes, lots of the same style clothes pretty much everywhere, and lots of men's suit shops which seem to be the only modern aspect. I'm not really sure how they can keep going, it's sad to see a place that was very lively at weekends turn into a bit of a ghost town haunted by retirees.

The garden centre is lovely, though is a bit pricy. The works always has some lovely stationery and books on offer
