Staff are very friendly and always go the extra mile to help with all customer needs.pharmacists are exceedingly competent and give the reassurance to customers of which is much needed when unable to see a doctor.always a great experience at batley tesco.

My prescription was sent electronically, however when I got the pharmacy my prescription wasnâ??t ready, this in itself wasnâ??t an issue. Two staff members and a pharmacist were on duty, no other customers where waiting and no other order baskets were waiting. I was asked to wait for 5 minutes, the assistant too my prescription off the shelf, put it in the order basket, which then sat on the counter for a further 30 minutes, while the pharmacist and one staff member had a chat. The one member of staff that hadnâ??t interacted with me before asked me what I was waiting for and then kept apologising, almost in a guilty way. I just feel that although you may be tied to a pharmacy that could still treat you with a little respect and provide a decent level of customer service.
