Terrible. The lad on shift today (2:30pm - 27/11/24) cut his hand whilst slicing my friends sub and then carried on slicing the bread with the knife even tho there was blood on his glove. My friend then asked him to start again and change the knife and gloves (you can catch all sorts through blood) - he was so rude about this so the girl took over and she was so rude too! Hygiene standard and people skills are non existent with these 2 members of staff. Appalling!!!

I had a fantastic experience at Subway Batley! The staff here, especially Ben, Lesley, and Stacy, were all incredibly friendly, welcoming, and attentive, making sure everything was just right. The service was quick without ever feeling rushed, and each of them take their time to ensure my order is exactly as I wanted. It?s clear they all take pride in what they do, and it creates such a positive atmosphere. I?ll definitely be back ? thank you!

The staff was so horrible and rude. She speaks to you like you are hard of understanding.
What I find disgusting was that she wore 1 pair gloves to prepare the bread, add the cooked meat, cheese, used the same gloves to put in the oven, add the salad, go to the counter, pick up of cartons in the kitchen. She used the same gloves to serve the customers before and after me and to run other errands.
She never changed the gloves which made it very disgusting and unprofessional.
Let's just say Subway has just lost a frequent customer.

The staff here are absolutely lovely! I've had some bad experiences at other shops but at this one the man who served me was so kind and helpful I had to leave a review. The other member of staff was nice too. Made our day!

The thing about this branch of subway is the staff are awful, bad customer service usually comes from 1 maybe 2 employees but everyone I?ve delt with in this store gives you the bare minimum, they don?t even look at you. When you walk in they look like you?ve just disturbed them. All I can think is it must be terrible place to work which reflects on the service. They can?t all just be rude for no reason.

The guy that served me was brilliant couldn't have been more polite and helpful in the face of my frustration at not being to able order a single sandwich I actually wanted because of the franchisee making stupid decisions about what is available and isn't. Luckily I have another that I can go to with a different owner.
