Got some glasses 3 mouths ago for £150 went back with a voucher for 50% off if I wanted another pair price came to £114.???? So it's obviously a con, will never go there again, very disappointed

It was my first time going to an optician in the UK and i am very satisfied with the service i got in Specsavers, Batley. The staff was amazing and very welcoming and made sure i get what i need.

Had nasty eye infection & going abroad shortly. GP had asked for opticians to view. Had next morning appointment & Gareth was so helpful. He listened & acted accordingly. He was very thorough & explained everything well. Sorted urgent referral to eye clinic. Much appreciated.
