If you're looking for a new bed then stay clear of the Next 'Aspire Furniture'.First placed an order on the 11th April 2023. Delivery was slow and finally arrived on the 16th May 2023. When it arrived, all the parts were incorrect - Wrong sizes and different coloured parts. It was like a pick'a'mix of bed parts. We called Next to get the incorrect parts replaced and they couldn't do anything (as the Aspire furniture comes straight from the producer) so we now have to wait another 8 weeks for a new delivery.Next have left us without a bed, no compensation, no temporary bed.To top it off, the bed parts that did arrive seemed flimsy and not the best quality. When we get our delivery in 8 weeks we will be returning it.Save yourself the hassle and stay clear of their Aspire furniture.

A large shop displaying and selling Next's range of homewares - convenient location with lots of parking, a regular Next store attached to it and a Costa inside for when you need a boost from all that shopping.

Going here makes me enjoy online shopping that bit more. Many things aren't available in a variety of sizes and the staff are rude unwelcoming.

This is a great size Next. It has all the departments for clothes and a huge home section with 2 floors. There's a Costa cafe upstairs too. Staff are always happy to help and although I sometimes think Next can be quite expensive, I've never had problems with their products.

Great shop and choice, next opinion of stockport store experience last week slightly tarnished, staff there need retraining as give very poor service, complaint to follow for them guys, but next products are excellent. Bought boots last week and they are Brill, comfyest I have ever worn

Next have always had a decent selection of suits in an affordable range (not keen on the obsession off skinny fit mind you), good selection, and varied sizes. Staff friendly as expected.

Rude sales woman. Price list was wrong to the price on the sofa, her explanation was it was sept price list.Well that wasn't the right answer, she walked off and left us waiting for her return, us thinking she was going to check why it was £50 more on the sofa tag.Went to wakefield store and was served by a lovely young girl, with pink hair. She explained why, so we bought 2 sofas from her.
