Excellent GP surgery with great services.All GPs, admin staff and secretaries are very helpful and go the extra mile to help patients. Dr Bilal listens to patients and keeps them informed about their health.

My husband phoned up this morning to make a telephone appointment the girl who answered I think she is called Megan very rude asking patients what the problem is that's what you get appointment for not to discuss it with her this doctors as gone down hill since Dr Horton left .

My family & I have always been treated with the utmost care when visiting this surgery. Dr Bilal is a great doctor who has empathy for her patients & actually listens to them. I have received caring & reassuring advice from Dr Bilal over the years I have been a patient. I had an issue with accessing records, the admin staff were great & kept in touch to tell me what they were doing to resolve the issue.

This surgery is the worst surgery in the country, they employ 4/5 receptionist staff who talk to you like an idiot when they eventually answer the phone, but only have two doctors on at any time so you struggle to one even get an appointment and 2 when you do get an appointment it?s a different doctor every time that has no idea about your medical history. Take my advice don?t go just die

Worst and most infuriating staff I?ve ever met anywhere in the world.PAULINE you have no business working anywhere where people need help. I was polite and sympathetic with you being busy and you shouted at me and was the most rude person I?ve met. Utterly disgusting.Calling for an appointment is impossible with directions to do it online if you ever do get through.Doing it online results in a response to call at 8.30.Call at 8.30 and all lines busy.Go down in person and they are rude and nasty.

Had to complain on 2 occasions in the past when I was told I would be called back and the calls never happened. In one instance I was extremely ill and had to ring 111 which could have been avoided. Now getting an appointment is quite difficult.

Very rude and unhelpful receptionist. I have contacted 111 and was advised to contact my gp within 1hour,when i rang receptionist was rude. Said they have no appointments and told me to go to A&E.Rang back 111 they said they have appointments and booked me one with them straight away. Receptionist then rung me back and said it hasn't been booked and that it's 111 problem. Really rude and unprofessional!!

Since Dr Bilal took over she seems to have replaced all the staff with inept and robotic asians. All of the old staff are gone. I was examined with a cheap pocket torch (obviously not medical equipment) and then I was refused treatment for an infection. Clearly a mickey mouse operation.It speaks volumes that Dr Bilal has family members writing fake positive reviews on here... That says it all, really. Why improve your service when you can just lie?! To see this mentality in a doctors surgery is disgusting and unthinkable. They ought to be ashamed.Dr Houghton would probably disapprove strongly at what this surgery has become. He was much loved and would definitely have helped me. It's like the third world in there these days. I'm registering somewhere else asap.

Worst doctores ever, been with them since I was a baby & the last 2 year has been a struggle too even get an appointment! I ring up from 8.30 for the phone to be engaged for 10 minutes some times 20 minutes, for them to then answer, to ask for my name to then tell me their fully booked for the day, I've not been able to see a doctor for months now an neither has my 2 year old son! I will be leaving this doctors as it's been the same way for 2 years. So much to being a loyal patient their you naff all in return, I hope the place gets shut down because it's no good to majority of the patience their as I've spoke to many in their before an everyone else has complained

Wast of space arrogant people was told by reception when trying to get an appointment for my daughter with a badly infected ear the appointment starts at 8.30 not 3.30 and this was for my child was told to go to walk to centre that's it put more stress on NHS hospital's reported to gmc
