Received Mattress from Dreembeds,on Wowcher offer, Absolutely Disgraceful,as you sat on it ,it was just as though you were sat on the floor,very poor quality and nothing like the one advertised.Tryed contacting the company on several occasions as with NO REPLY.In the process of dealing with our purchase, with Wowcher, for a refund??DO NOT PURCHASE THIS DISGRACEFUL PRODUCT,IT SHOULD NOT BE ALLOWED TO DO THIS TO PEOPLE...........Wouldn't have even given One star ,but I couldn't post our review otherwise.

Stupidly ordered off Wowcher without reading reviews. Absolutely did not get what I ordered and the seems ripped as we placed it on the bed. I have tried ringing Dreembeds daily with no answer. Found Wowcher on Facebook and inboxed them. They replied immediately and are investigating so hopefully others dont get scammed. DO NOT ORDER

Been absolutely conned by this company... got a wowcher deal on the matress was supposed to be memory foam all foam and gel matress , just received a sprung matress which most of the springs have collapsed.Absolutely mortified that these company's can fob ppl off like this.They will be reported to trading standards.

Ordered a memory foam mattress from Wowcher and what was delivered was the cheapest sprung mattress I've ever felt. Months of emails back and forward to get a refund then to be told to dispose of the mattress myself. 2 days later a courier turned up to collect it. Scammers and horrifically disorganised.

Absolute rubbish waited a month for delivery and turns out a complete rubbish mattress with very noisy springs and so uncomfortable, threw it away.complete waste of money.Ripoff

Ordered mattress of wowcher. Stating normal retail price of 999.99. I wouldn't give them 99p for the mattress I got. Advertised as gel memory foam mattress. It's a knock off coil sprung mattress. Stay well clear of this company. False advertising is their remit.

Do not buy from this company. I bought a 'memory foam' mattress through wowcher from this disgraceful set up. It was a cheap sprung mattress, only fit for a small child.I have sent over 15 emails to Wowcher who then forward them to this poor excuse of a company. Still no response.I have never had to deal with such a rude, arrogant rip off merchant in my life. I just hope Wowcher stop using them

Absolutely disgusting service! Bed wrong colour, accessories to assemble the bed were not right, sent only 2 wheels for the bed!They don?t answer their phone for complaints and take no responsibility once you have the bed!Steer clear from these rip offs

Wrong mattress sent and I keep getting told that the spring mattress that has arrived is the same memory foam mattress I ordered.Having spoken to a customer service representative I feel that this situation has been resolved. A promise of a collection and the correct mattress to be delivered has been offered so I'm hoping this will happen.
