Using superdrug always from now on,
Me and my mum always go into the Birstall retail park boots for lots of items. The security guard here is very rude and always follows us around. Need new security at this shop asap so many reviews about him. Also feel very uncomfortable when been followed around for no absolute reason. Very uncomfortable trip every time when we spend such a great amount of money.

A shout out to Nicola at the Leeds/Birstall branch. There was no member of staff at the No. 7 section as the sales assistant had gone home for the day, and Nicola looked after a different make up brand. On approaching her for some help, even though it wasn't her own brand to sell, she really went above and beyond to help me out with matching and choosing the right products for my needs. She even applied them on have me tips how to use them which, for a complete novice like me, was very much appreciated. I have always been extremely nervous to ask for help and feel a little intimidated by all the products and bad experiences with unfriendly staff in the past, and also feeling pressured into buying something I'm not very sure about, but Nicola was lovely and very patient and made sure I was OK with what I'd tried. So thank you for your help and Boots is lucky to have such nice staff x

Attended Boots Opticians a couple of weeks ago to buy some new glasses. I was looked after by Surayya .. what a superstar she was! .. patient, assertive, friendly and extremely efficient. She is an asset to the team and it made the purchase of my new frames a breeze! .. would definitely recommend. The team here are fab!

Thankyou to the pharmacist that is in on Mondays. She really knows her stuff and she helped me through a certain private problem I had. She was very sensitive about the situation and extremly helpful. An asset to the company?..p.s her Scottish accent is very refreshing.

I went to boots this morning seeking some advice on makeup. I have been wrongly advised so many times and it put me off buying makeup for a long time. However, today I approached the number 7 counter where Julie S helped me out with all my queries! She was so friendly and approachable, and matched my foundation shade within seconds. She advised me on how to achieve the best coverage with the different items she?d recommended me. Julie was so professional and explained all the products to me as we moved along the shelf, which made me feel so comfortable knowing she knew her makeup so well (as I definitely don?t!)
Couldn?t recommend enough, if you ever need Number 7 advice.. ask for Julie S!?

I went to get a prescription for my wife, we were visiting our daughter in hebden bridge, the pharmacy didn't have her medication and I tried all the pharmacy's in the area with zero success, was heading to Leeds and tried the boots in Birstall got a lovely girl called Aaliyah, she was excellent phoned around as she didn't have the drug we required, and found another boots pharmacy that had it in stock, got them to keep it till we went and collected it, she is absolutely fantastic, we had tried 5 pharmacy's previous, nobody offered any help, we returned to her pharmacy to thank her, we got first class service from Aaliyah can't thank you enough.

Was in twice as i was travelling up for work and ran out of makeup remover. The gentleman was so lovely as i was concerned to spend the money for the estee lauder makeup remover so gave me a sample. I went back the next day and bought it! Cannot say how good it was for my sensitive skin. The day after i was travelling home and needed a gift for my mum. I went back and the lady on the Estee Lauder counter helped me find the perfect present, foundation and concealer. I have never had this service in a Boots before. Highly recommend. Everyone is so lovely and friendly. They had time to spend with me and i cannot thank enough!

We went to Boots on Saturday to buy an electric shaver and an electric toothbrush, we were struggling with a discount code and a wonderful young lady on the checkout showing loads of patience helped us out, she was a complete star

Her customer service skills were spot on, so friendly, caring and respectful! It?s not often I leave reviews but I came across a lovely sales lady at the perfume counter named Julie tonight, and she is one of the loveliest ladies I?ve ever come across! Amazing at her job, and so helpful with the perfume choices she really knows her stuff. A true credit to your store, hope to see her again when I?m next there :)

Went in today when seen baby bottle sets on offer after seeing the set I wanted was in stock online drove 40 mons to get them as wasn't in stock in my area to be told they had none in stock after looking around seeing 2 members of staff scanning 2 of the bottle packs on offer at the tills and putting them behind and when I asked if they were the ones that said was online was told they wasn't on offer when they clearly were disgusting behaviour shouldn't be in stock online if staff are keeping them for themselves a wasted journey
