Brilliant service went yesterday afternoon for a price on a new tyre, left my wheel to have new tyre fitted. Phonecall this morning to say it was done. After a terrible experience with Asda Tyres this is just what I needed.

This place has been on my doorstep for years and until recently I had gone elsewhere because I'd always used a certain tyre fitter, but I needed somewhere more local in an emergency and Birstall tyre centre helped me out without any problems. Absolute brilliant service. Since then I've taken my partners car there, and last weekend had 4 new tyres fitted to my Nissan. I'd been to a place where they advertised they wouldn't be beaten on price but BTC under cut them by £40 a tyre.Pays to shop local, give the smaller guy a go... you could save money and get a better service

Phones up for 2 new rear tyres and the chap on the phone took time to read all the different ratings and specs on multiple branded tyres for me, got my chosen ones fitted the same day.10/10

Rang birstall tyres early morning.fitted me in just after 9.Left my flat tyre. He put air in my spare so I could still go to a hospital appointment.All back and changed to original tyre by dinner.Will definitely use again.

Arrogant ignorant person, called for a price and when I said ?thank you I can get it done cheaper?.The reply was ?good bye? and they phone was put down.1 star because I can?t give a minus score.Used before but I will never use again.

Highly recommend this company, a while ago I needed advice about my tyres and one of the large chain companies wanted to charge a fortune to replace them. I went to Birstall Tyre Centre for another quote and was given an honest opinion about the state of my tyres, which were nowhere as bad as the rip off merchants told me! A second visit a few days ago was when I thought I had a slow puncture, they fixed it for me and gave me advice as to when I needed replacements. Forget the big companies, go local to these guys. They are honest and worth patronising.
