Came today as a booked table of 5 which ended up been 6 people no problem accommodating the extra one. Came for the father in laws birthday - Food and service was fabulous the staff were all so attentive and lovely and the food was blooming marvellous.
Thank you very much we will be back when we are next over that way.

After a small gathering today with a few family members, I have nothing but praise all round
The food was spot on . Fresh , hot and tasty .
Atmosphere was fairly busy but lovely and timely service by the bar staff.
Staff were wonderful and attended to all our needs.
Some of our party have never visited before but I?m pretty Sure they will be visiting again.

We are regular customers of the Gasgoine and we have eaten here on numerous occasions. However, yesterday was very disappointing as my sons chicken skewer wasn't cooked properly and the chips I was served with my scampi had clearly just been warmed up as they were dry and stale. I informed the waitress who apologised and replaced the meals, which we ate as we were all hungry. However, we didn't really enjoy them, and I asked if we would get any money off the bill, which the waitress was reluctant to do as we had eaten the food. I pointed out that it wasn't really acceptable to be serving under cooked chicken to your customers and as a result she knocked off one of the meals from the bill. Needless to say we won't be eating there agsin.

Must have been here half a dozen times or more and know we'll be back again again and again, Staff fantastic polite in fact can't do enough food we never have to complain at all., looking forward to next visit. Spanish Chicken, Scampi, Jam Roly Poly, lemon cheesecake, just love this pub.

Nice pub in a nice village. 3 real ales on, all drinkable but none of them particularly well kept. I have had many a pint of Silverking, kirkstall pale ale and Leeds pale to know a good from an average to a poor ale.
