Parking is always easy with ample space.

Click & collect service is pointless. Waited the 5 mins in the designated parking bay, ended up going in to get my order. I was the only customer in store so no excuse really, guy on the counter wasn?t really bothered.

Overall experience with the Wickes company was appalling. Shop itself and fitters very good. Over 6 months to have an ensuite fitted including them seemingly not knowing we existed despite a 4k deposit. If we hadn't contacted them we would still be waiting. Central customer service non existent. Chaotic delivery of required parts that included not everything being present when the work started. If you want to project manage an installation, this is the company for you.
