This is an amazing and great branch that is local to me..has everything needed from a smaller store and the staff are what makes it stand out from others that are similar.. they are incredible especially with regular customers, it's lovely to be smiled at and to be treated with respect and courtesy..it really is a fantastic store and deserves to get recognized because service like that has become a rare thing.. thanks to all the lovely people who work there

Shopping experience amazing, unfortunately the car park is super small for how busy it is. So much so a 'kevin" parked in disabled spot without a disability badge. His 'wine' shop was far too important for him to respect other users

Even though a item was priced wrong and the price shown was a deal that had ended a few days prior, they allowed me to pay the deal price and the guy at the till was super nice and helpful

Never keen on tesco club card. Advertising different pricing to non members is quite infuriating When just bobbing in, doesn't make for me to want a club card just the opposite.

Didn't notice this Tesco before but well situated on your way into or out of Shipley. Lots of produce here and nicely layed out. Plenty of parking.

A complete shambles of a store, incompetent staff that couldn't define customer service if their life's depended on it. Hire locals instead of importing riff raff from the ghettos of Bradford......at least then you might have staff that are groomed, well mannered and friendly. The only grooming this shower of effluence know of involves children.

Waited to be served while they pushed trolleys about to then be served by someone before me. So i thought fsir enough he didnt see me, then the same old guy with glasses and grey hair looked at me n ignored me and carried on pushing the trolley. I go in this shop nearly daily as i live close by but not again after that. Think the staff need training to work in a shop!! Haha

It's a shame because if I had to give them stars based on the taste and quality of their bakery, it would be 5 stars. But unfortunately, I have never met a more rude, more incompetent group of staff ever.This morning I asked for a bag to put a croissant in and the man in the bakery threw the bag straight on the floor in front of me. Also a certain female staff member is so utterly lazy it's unreal. She refuses to walk more than 5 metres at a time. And if you ask her to get or do something for you, you get the standard "5 minutes" knowing full well she isn't moving for anyone. It's poor really. Maybe a staff revamp is needed to save this local convenient store
