I have just started pt with Oscar and what an experience it has been. He is so knowledgeable and goes above and beyond in helping me to recover for an acl rupture and torn meniscus. In three weeks he has improved my mobility,nutrition and built my confidence.What I like the most is we discuss my progress and tweak things... read full comment

I've gained so much from PT sessions with Hannah. I went from Couch to 5k to completing the Lakeland 50. My sessions are always varied and good fun. Nuffield Shipley is a nice relaxed gym, with good classes and lovely swimming pool.
