Absolutely Ridiculous I?ve ordered over 50 times on ubber and 26 times coop staff can?t read a note and pop in the correct item. Every time this has happened I?ve had to ask friends to collect for me . Why don?t they reeducate the staff ? The manager Jameal has no telephone skills or customer service skills? ??Will be contacting head office as I?m exasperated with this service that they are supposed to run .

For whatever reason, their self service tills shout at 85 decibels. Not good for the millions of people who have tinnitus, mental health problems, nervousness, Alzheimer's, Asperger's, autism etc etc. Especially when 5 or 6 of them are shouting all at once when it is a cacophony of noise like you've never heard. Nowhere else does this and no good reason to do it although they quote ' it is for deaf people' which is a ludicrous answer in itself. It's been like this for years so despite its good range of stuff and ultra convenience I only go in there if desperate or just for a paper. Just bizarre.

Time it just right and some great bargains to be had. I would avoid the bread, but most other stuff is quality. Convenient place to recycle your soft plastic

It's alright ngl, not that crowded and there are some non mask wearers but there are dividers and staff wear masks so pretty cool.

Nice clean store good layout. Only drawbacks are some staff not really interested in what they do and prices slightly higher than main supermarkets

An impressive array of food for such a small location. Good parking with excellent policies that support local businesses. 2 hours free for coop customers. Buy your lunch and do some other shopping in Baildon.

Perfect shop, if you are short on the vitals. Wouldn't suggest doing large family weekly shops due to the shop size. You might not get that niche item you would get at a the larger store.

Don't like the new layout, not customer friendly especially bread stuffed away at the back of the store. There appears to be less choice of wine and no assistance from temp staff.

Not always well stocked shelves. Always cages of rubbish in the aisles and stock left in the aisles to be placed on shelves. Trip hazard for the elderly.
