The staff were unhelpful and lied to me because I'm pakistani i believe. Horrific attitude. Asked for a garden rake and she said we have sold out. There were several on the shelf. Didn't want to sell it to me. I felt. Even if my feelings were wrong . Why didn't she know that they had many on the shelf.

I haven't been instore before in my life until Thursday 19th June 2025 at about 2pm where me n my friend who may I add his a weekly regular family shopper we walk in store into the 1st Isle where I asked a member of staff where you kept your screwing light bulbs were kept he then started pushing me and friend back out of the store saying we are both bared when asked for the reason he said he'd been told so I asked to see manager then he revealed he was the store manager I strongly believe treating customers who have mental health issues n other elliments n illnesses is totally utterly disgusting n the guy concerned shouldn't have his job as store manager anymore and we are both me and my friend will be taking this further after seeking legal n rights advice

i?m not having this. it?s an absolute DISGRACE. i was looking at the prices of pot noodles (which can i say is just amazing 28 pence for 2 bombay bad boys you can?t go wrong can you honestly) but anyways back to my HORRENDOUS trip to b&m. i was looking at pot noodles as i mentioned then all of a sudden 6?7 john pork comes out of no where and slide tackles me like prime ramos!!! anyways i got up straight away and said to him ?red card get of my pitch right now!!? he was gone mate absolutely gone should have seen the poor lad crying his eyes out but i?m not going to allowing somebody to DISRESPECT me infront of the huzz am i?!?! i just left at that point as johns dad was on his way down and can i just say that bloke is an absolute UNIT he looks like a minecraft iron golem. i went outside and hopped in my little tikes car (you know one of those flint stone ahh push along cars with the little beep beep horn on it) and ye i was gone 0-60 in just 1.4 seconds almost broke my neck but i?m hard and i just firmed it. knew i should have gone to home bargains?
