Lovely place with lot's of character lovely inglenook fireplaces old beams etc, smaller room's offset too,we attended a wedding reception there and had a good night bar staff Great as it was very busy ?

Attended a wedding here and it was a perfect intimate setting.
They helped provide music when the cables were missing.
And most importantly they topped up the Ale without being asked!!

As always, a lovely warm welcome, a cosy atmosphere and on this occasion some really great food. The kitchen staff were fantastic in catering for my gluten intolerance. So attentive and kind of Oz to clear my requests beforehand. If you have ever want a break from the normal chain pubs then this should be your first port of call. I doubt I'll ever like any other little place as much as I love this one.
