Fantastic service! Roger is a fully-qualified MB technician with years of experience. As a result he has an encyclopaedic knowledge of all models and the various advanced electronic systems they all have these days. Dropped the car off at ATB and headed for the local cafe (The Spitfire Cafe). After a couple of cups of coffee I got a call from Roger to say the car was on its road test and would be shortly ready to be collected. No issues arising (phew). The Forte service seems to have made a difference as the car seems quieter and more responsive. Definitely would recommend and will be back when the next service is due.

Roger has looked after both my Mercedes impeccably for around 4 years. I've never had any issues with his work, and bearing in mind his obvious knowledge and desire to perform a first class job every time, doubt I ever will. I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a second-hand car from Roger at ATB. The Mercedes I purchased was in impeccable condition, having been serviced and worked on by Roger to make it look and feel like a new car. I have used this garage for general repairs and maintenance a few times now. I have found the work has always been carried out extremely professionally, with great care taken over my car, using genuine Mercedes parts and at a very reasonable price. Roger gives honest advice, telling me what needs doing now and what can wait. I wouldn't hesitate to use his services again and would highly recommend to others as well.

ATB have preformed the last two services on my 2019 E-Class Mercedes, which were the A1 and B1 services required. The services have been excellent and financially reasonable, so I will continue to use ATB in the future. I have always looked to see in any business what I call the three "P's". Top service and quick turnaround. I booked my car in on short notice, and ATB quickly fixed an issue with my C Class. Very helpful in explaining the issue and gave good advice if the problem was to happen again. I will be using ATB again. Highly recommend.
