Hugely disappointed wiv the staff in waterstones, have been trying too get hold ov the 151 booster bundles, was continuously told no delivery yet , tomorrow tomorrow , requested too pre pay for 1 , was told no, phoned this morning too ask n too the person who answered she seemed over the moon delighted too tell me they sold out yday , despite me continuously ringing n going into store , overall been a horrible experience n will not b spending any money in waterstones in the future ? id suggest if trying too get pokemon cards too AVOID waterstones. Absolutely livid ?

Too expensive

Rude, abnoxious "manager". I ordered a book via click and collect which a friend collected on my behalf. He showed the staff the email and was given what he thought was my order, he confirmed the order was for myself after showing the email, by providing my name, staff confirmed. I rang at 5:30pm as the order was not correct and my friend was charged over twice what the book I ordered was. The phone was picked up and put back down, I called again, an irritated female answered and I explained what had happened, I was told there's nothing she could do and to sort it in the morning. I explained I needed the book for the morning and couldn't get to Worthing in time, was told once again there's nothing they could do, she needed to let the staff go home. Not how you respond and handle the situation, no customer service, a pathetic couldn't care less attitude with a "sorry" thrown in for good measure. I should hope when my friend returns for a refund, he is presented with my order and not charged for it, as an apology for YOUR mistake, that you couldn't rectify.

Good mainstream bookshop, however 3 stars because of staff/customer care.I wanted to buy a specific book, but was totally put off by a member of staff imposing their political views on customers which made me feel unwelcomed and excluded.I guess it's much more professional to say: "I think this author is highly recommended by many" or "This author is interesting", but not "This author is right" when talking about politically opinionated author.Customer care is non existing too, the impression was that I entered someone's private discussion club without an invite.
