Vodafone Montague Street dealt with 2 ancient, dinosaur-level technophobes with so much care, skill and patience that I simply cannot recommend this store highly enough. Lana and her team are all amazing. I don't know what Vodafone pay these people, but - whatever it is - it isn't enough.

So I went to this store with my Photo ID card, utility bill and Debit card used to set up the direct debit to collect my phone as per the instructions received from the Vodafone. I waited for about 5 to 10 minutes that was fine but even after verifying my identity and address, I was not provided with my phone. On the way home I got the text message from Vodafone that reads-
Thank you for visiting Vodafone Worthing today.
We spoke about your Commitment Enquiry.
As discussed we have agreed:
customer left with all inforamtion needed and requested
Thank you for choosing Vodafone.
So I went to collect my phone not to talk about the commitment. I have no idea what does that means. Also the spelling of information is incorrect.
I called the Vodafone customer service and the lady on the phone told me everything is alright and I should go back and tell them to call the Vodafone.
Not all of us has spare time to do stuff like this. I work nights so I have to sleep enough to stay awake at work. Anyway I didn't expect this from Vodafone. I might cancel this device plan and will choose some other service providers. I hope they don't treat customers like this in the near future. I have told about it to at least 10 people in my circle.

I?m really have panic attack to stay with Vodafone, on the spot fraud happened to me. I went to visit to the Vodafone store, I left my phone on the table, one of Vodafone staff send something code on to my phone and set my account another new apple 13 phone and also I recently got them from new Vodafone XL 9 2nd time changed from them from new phone, but, that phone finger print not working, I took them to see the phone and replaced another but, still not delivery coming, but, they first bill already took, I didn?t started to use the line, because, lastly I gave them phone for repairing in local store. They still keeping my fraud order iPhone 13 , they are saying, Vodafone fraud people ordered the new order, gave them number to me contact them.

So I went in to Vodafone Worthing today at around 13:20 because I was going to potentially buy a new phone and enquire about it, so I was waiting for around 30 mins hoping to be seen by one of the service advisors, but that didn't happen as I'd been waiting for so long only to be ignored by a young women who walked and got seen immediately and the service advisor walked past me like I wasn't even there, just shows the lack of rudeness and disrespect that man had for me so I ended up walking out enraged by his lack of respect for someone who had been waiting alot longer to be seen instead was ignored, this all happend between 13:20-13:50ish.
In future show some respect.
Further more I will be taking my complaint further.

Unhelpful staff .. give completely wrong information if your phone's faulty .. they don't seem interested ..all they serm interested in is when you want to buy a new phone ..any problems with a phone you already have that is not working properly they fob you off with anything ..just in interested in geneuinly helping sort your problem out ..one of worst shops for customer care I've ever been in

Awful customer service and rather rude. Went in looking for a new phone offered me a model they don't even have a display one of if I'm spending that much I want to see what I'm getting also tried seeing me some sort of ipad thing even tho I only wanted a phone. No good at explaining stuff even though they know I gave issues understanding stuff as they are made aware but still explaining stuff badly. I've been a customer with Vodafone for around 8 years now but clearly time to find someone with better customer service who care about the customers and not ripping them off

Absolutely disgusted with Vodafone . I was trying to sort out home broadband in store and was in there for nearly an hour. Email address added to account incorrectly....no security code set up. I was given a number to call if I had any changes to make before the contract started, so I tried to ring number, and I can't get through DPA as the account is not set up right. Livid! So now I can't even cancel my contract cos no one will speak to me and I'm unable to get back to the store! Do not enter into a contract with these people
