Vodafone Montague Street dealt with 2 ancient, dinosaur-level technophobes with so much care, skill and patience that I simply cannot recommend this store highly enough. Lana and her team are all amazing. I don't know what Vodafone pay these people, but - whatever it is - it isn't enough.

So I went to this store with my Photo ID card, utility bill and Debit card used to set up the direct debit to collect my phone as per the instructions received from the Vodafone.
